Processing of personal data and cookies
The following applies to our website:

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Norwegian Personal Data Act.

Gyro Conference AS is the data controller for the personal data that you provide us with. Visitors to our website remain anonymous. When you visit our website, only your computer’s domain name (IP address) will be registered, not your e-mail address. If through our website you indicate that you would like us to provide you with certain services or to gain access to information which requires you to register, we may require certain personal data, such as name, e-mail address, occupation/title, telephone number, food allergies, etc. We need this information in order to provide our services.

Gyro Conference AS is the data processor on behalf of the client and shall be obliged to ensure that personal data is processed in accordance with the Norwegian Personal Data Act and applicable regulations. Gyro Conference AS shall also be obliged not to use registered personal data for marketing purposes or to sell personal data to third parties. Data processor agreements have been established with the client.
